Creating better products is at the heart of our mission, and that doesn’t mean it’s better to look or use better. That means doing better. And it starts with our first product, Ear (1).

First, we worked with an internationally recognized third party to assess the environmental impact of mine (1). To completely neutralize its 1.78 kg carbon footprint, we started offsetting the electricity used in the manufacturing process. Then, we purchased Carbon Credit from Certified Carbon Standard (administered by Vera) – the globally recognized standard for certifying carbon emissions reduction – to meet the remaining emissions.

We want to move beyond having carbon neutral products. This is just the first step in our journey towards becoming a Carbon Neutral Company.
